Melody is a singer, actor, and musician born and raised in Durham, NC. She received her Bachelor’s in Fine Arts: Musical Theatre from Liberty University in May 2026. She has been part of 6 collegiate shows, one professional production, and was a finalist at NATS National Convention in 2023 and 2024. With 9 years of piano training and 4 years of collegiate voice training, she is equipped and excited to educate and mentor other young artists!
Her passion for music began before she could even form full sentences. According to her parents, she was singing and making music in her crib as a baby. Her love and passion for art only grew with age and education. Melody is passionate about fostering an educational environment that encourages choices and creativity. She wants to instill in young artists an ability to trust their instincts and to use their voice or instrument as a tool for expression and communication.
Melody teaches voice, piano, ukulele and guitar.
