Anna is a highly experienced educator with a 2017 Bachelor’s in Music from Ohio Northern University, specializing in violin with expertise in viola, piano, guitar, and ukulele. She combines a passion for ethnomusicology—including specialized studies in Ghanaian dance/drumming—with 13 years of teaching experience and 12 years in child care, fostering joyful, confident, and engaging musical learning.
Anna loves teaching for the lightbulb moments and sharing her passion for music. She loves troubleshooting, finding new ways to explain techniques and helping her students build confidence when they finally grasp a difficult concept. Teaching music for Anna is about fostering joy in an encouraging environment and sharing a lifelong relationship with music for her students.
