Annie Braker is a graduate of UNC Chapel Hill with a B.A. in Psychology, as well as a B.A. in Human Development and Family Science. She has always had a love for music and began taking piano lessons and singing in a choir in third grade, continuing both of these activities through high school. She also plays clarinet and ukulele and sang in her high school’s a cappella group.
In addition to her love for music, Annie is passionate about working with children and has lots of experience with children of all ages. She recently returned from working as an Au Pair in the UK, prior to which she worked as a daycare and preschool teacher in Chapel Hill. She loves making up her own children’s songs and stories, and has incorporated them in some way into all of her childcare jobs thus far so teaching group classes at Notasium is a natural fit!
Annie is also teaching private lessons in piano, voice, ukulele and beginner clarinet. She is excited to introduce children to music and combine her passions for music and working with children!
